Cancellation by you
Must be done in writing by paper post (not by email or phone).
Will take effect on the date we receive your cancellation notification.
Following cancellation by you, our refund policy for public group tours is that if you cancel is as follows.
More than 120 days before the departure date, we’ll give you back your deposit less the non-refundable registration fee.
Between 90 and 120 days before the departure date, we’ll retain your full deposit.
Between 75 and 90 days before the departure date, we’ll retain 50% of the full tour price.
Less than 75 days before the departure date, we’ll retain the entire tour price you’ve paid.
